I was going through one of my triathlon magazines, and came upon an advertisement for the Athletes for a Fit Planet website. The companies motto is "greening the planet one race at a time."
Athletes For A Fit Planet provides services for companies, event organizers and athletes. Fit Planet was launched in early 2008.
For Athletes
We provide environmental resources including the FitPlanet Green Events Directory that helps you make informed decisions about the events you participate in, and the products and services you buy.
For Event Organizers
We provide customized environmental consulting and on-the-ground support to race and event organizers in the US, Canada and Europe. We specialize in running, multi-sport, cycling, swimming, and walking events.
For Companies
We provide consulting services to product and service companies serving the athletic event business. We help you improve your company's environmental footprint and communicate your efforts to athletes and event organizers.
