Run Diva Does Shamrock Run
Two years ago I did the 10 mile run at the Shamrock Run with some friends of mine from the Fushion Extreme Team running club. I have a pretty full race schedule this year, and am racing in quite a few triathlons throughout the year. I don't think I have the time to do the 10 mile run this year, but I am thinking of doing the 5k with my husband.
We are currently training for the Olympic distance St. Anthony's triathlon with TNT, to help raise money for the Leukemia & Lyphoma Society. We normally have a bike-to-run brick workout with the triathlon team on Sunday. But we might do the 5k run, then go for a medium long bike ride afterwards, kind of like a reverse brick workout!
